Cheese - Bacon Wrapped Dates Stuffed With Blue Cheese
Dates are stuffed with blue cheese, wrapped in bacon and baked until crisp. These are delicious and very easy to make for a party. You can serve them at room temperature, so it is okay to make a few hours in advance!

Strawberries on a bed of red leaf lettuce, garnished with red onions for a stunning color combination. An unusual sounding recipe that turns people off until they taste it, then they love it.
Seafood - Fried Razor Clams
A simple recipe for fried razor clams, a western Washington treat. Sometimes I fry the bodies, reserving the tougher necks for chowder. Dip in cocktail sauce. The spicier the better for me!
